We Guarantee Your Satisfaction:
This Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to items sold by MyluxuryDesigners.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from MyluxuryDesigners.com. We are so committed to this we guarantee it with our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Here's how it works:MyluxuryDesigners.com stands behind every product it sells. If you aren't happy with a product for any reason you may return the merchandise for exchange or refund. Please see our return and exchange policies for more information. Our guarantee applies to most of the items on our site. If an exception applies, it will be noted on the product page. Shipping Policy:
We usually ship orders within 3 business days provided that the shipping and billing address are the same.
We ship all orders via EMS (postal global express mail). We will update the order with tracking info once your orders shipped. Customer can log in accounts to check the updates of orders.
Verification is necessary if the shipping and billing address are different.
For your security, we do not ship to hotels or freight forwarding companies.
All packages request signature upon delivery.
Return Policy:
You may return or exchange an item within 7 business days upon receipt of the purchase. All requests for returns require a RMA number and must be received within 5 days. You may log in your account and select the order for which you wish to return and select “schedule a return”.
We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, authenticity card, dust bag, and accessories. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them (Please Note: all items are inspected prior to shipment and they are shipped in New Condition). Shipping for return will be at customers's expense. Any incomplete items are subject to an 20% restocking fee. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your return, please be sure to use the return form provided.
All refunds will be in the same form of original payment. A small 15% restocking fee will be applied.
We ship orders free. However we need deduct the actual shipping when customers elect to return orders.
In addition, please include the Return Form in the shipping box. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via USPS, UPS, Fedex with tracking number or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. Note that we pay only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by our Customer Service Center. Here's the return process in four quick steps: Contact our Customer Service Center via e-mail at rma@myluxurydesigners.com notify us that you would like to return your order. Please be sure to indicate the Order ID and the reason for return as well as whether you want a refund or a replacement.
Please note that return form is included in the package. You need return the order to the address in the return instruction.
Exchange:
You may exchange an item within 7 days upon receipt of the purchase. If you are requesting a replacement or exchange for an equivalent item, a Myluxurydesigners.com Service Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement item, when possible. The Associate also will provide you with a Return Authorization Form, which contains Return Instructions, Return Information to create your Shipping Labels. For your convenience we will not charge restocking fee on one time exchange. Please contact us rma@myluxurydesigners.com for more information.
The return shipping for exchange is at customer's expense. We will charge shipping for sending new bags or wallets. Also customers may pay for the difference if applicable.
We will send you further instuction for the return.
Refund Policy:
After we receive the returned item and inspection, we will process your refund within ten business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase or by check if you purchased your items by check. Please note that the credit card credits might not appear for up to 45 days after the return is applied, depending on the internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card. If you have any questions, please e-mail us.
Myluxurydesigners will make the refund for the amount that originally was paid for the item minus actual shipping and 15% restocking fee within 7 business days of the receipt of order. If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we also will refund the shipping charges for the returned merchandise. When an oversized item is returned for reasons other than an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit on your original order. On occasion, we will issue a credit before a product has been returned to us.
Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
Damaged Shipment Policy:
At MyluxuryDesigners.com, we are 100% committed to our customer in selling only high quality luxury goods, and accessories. All items passed inspections before and after leaving our warehouse. We do not ship defective or damaged merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the quality for any reason, you must notify us within 7 business days upon receipt of package. We will do an exchange and no fee occurred. If you elect to receive a refund instead of an exchange, there will be 15% restocking fee. Also, the shipping charge (usually it may cost $35~$45 per item) will be deducted from your payment. Items that are damaged, broken, or missing a part during use is not our responsibility. We do not have a warranty against use of bags.
Non-Delivery Packages
We will contact customers first when we receive returned packages and arrange re-shipment. We will still need charge 15% restocking fee and shipping is non refundable for the non-delivery packages if the customers elect to cancel the orders.
Late Returns
We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 7 business days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 7 business days return period cannot be accepted for a merchandise credit, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
